A clarion call to the community. In short, it helped me deal with alot of demons from my past that made me despise myself for being gay, the reasons for it and how to love who I am, instead of feeling a deep rooted sense of shame and self hatred.

Brutally honest (and at times deeply personal to the author) this book should be compulsory reading for parents, teachers and politicians. I can relate to the book on a very personal level. i have never read a book in a years but because I read *Attitude* magazine I thought I would give this a once over. The book helps to put into a very realistic picture why a disproportionate number of gay people end up going down the wrong path in life, and the many demons they carry.

I shall keep this review concise. Go ahead and get a copy, you won't regret it, I'm glad that I I did.
