My first time using Macca root I purchased after reading up on it. I’ve taken this product for a month in addition to many other food supplements. Now One ounce (28 grams) of maca root powder contains:Calories: 91Carbs: 20 gramsProtein: 4 gramsFiber: 2 gramsFat: 1 gramVitamin C: 133% of the RDICopper: 85% of the RDIIron: 23% of the RDIPotassium: 16% of the RDIVitamin B6: 15% of the RDIManganese: 10% of the RDII'm not sure how much that would equate to a capsule but you get a rough idea with that. I will update when I finished the bottle.

This definitely did something but it wasn't good haha, the product came welll packaged, the pills are easy to swallow with no after taste, however after a few days of trying these me and my girlfriend both felt like it had effected our mood negatively which is really strange, Im still rating the product high because this is just our own opinion. 10/10 Highly recommendedIf you've found this review informative/helpful please mark it as such, i would really appreciate it if you did and I'm happy to have helped you.

The Macca root did not disappoint I take one tablet in the morning with my coffee and I definitely feel more energetic. I always felt very tired and I had to have a nap in the middle of the day to read charge my batteries.

It's concerning. I buy a lot of vitamins from this company because their products always live up to their description. Unfortunately the container seal was broken when I screwed the cap off, so I never had the opportunity to try them at the new strength of 4000.
