I'm sure there are even better displays out there. 5mm audio in and headphone out sockets - the latter useful for soundbar connection. Now, lets fix the faded colors.

This will eliminate the faded blacks and greys and desaturated colors. It's my first gaming monitor.

I would recommend if you are on a budget looking for something with a lower refresh rate, but don't stray any lower than 1080p resolution. Connectivity- as shown above, just about every option is covered, and in the case of HDMI with two ports. While I largely agree with other reviewers that they are pretty basic, I can say also that, thus far, there's been no ill-tempered squeaks or sighs from them, as might be expected at this price point.

However, the colors weren't especially accurate and needed tweaked with the NVIDIA control panel beyond simply enabling Full Dynamic Range, and as well because it arrived with an HDMI instead of Displayport cable, which I imagine has lead to much confusion for other buyers not familiar with the differences between these two hookups, I nearly gave it 4 out of 5. I would have preferred the typical button array, but the toggle works just as well. This is one of the best budget 1080p 144hz monitors on the market currently, and it's easy to see why. Given this is a 5+kg item that's height, tilt and swivel-adjustable, the internal mechanisms employed here would not feel out of place in an S-class Merc.
