I do not suggest attempting to put this together after the kids go to bed on Christmas eve to make it a surprise on Christmas morning, you will be up all night! Very happy with this purchase.

This doll house is wide compared to other doll houses like barbie or kidCarft but not as tall. We got this for our 5. It has an elevator, a flushing noise for the toilet and a lamp that actually lights up. Its very sturdy.
