I always make sure to have these on hand for a great way to draw us into our nighttime routine. I purchased this for my 4 year old grandson who can be hard to get settled into bed. If they bring out adult ones I’ll be using them myself 😊 They actually work!

Our routine is to brush our teeth, pick & put on our jammies, pick a sticker to add to the chest of our jammies, then pick a story to read in bed. In the morning, she proudly sticks the patch on her bedhead. he has been struggling since moving to a big boy bed and usually wakes once or twice throughout the night. I will try sticking it on his bed frame tonight and seeing if that helps!
