When I get anxious I take ashwagandha. I been taking this daily my friends and I have been testing.

These drops are very well made I just can’t find a balance as my body needs it. We all have the beginning stages of thyroid as our T3 and T4 reads it in blood work. The drops make you feel great then you go into anxiety and it feels horrible at night. We’re all experiencing this.
I think one drop 3 days a week is enough. 3 drops is definitely way to much.
