so I’m being very be careful with the padding. We are enjoying it with our workout routine. This sturdy adjustable bench is what i was looking for, with 5 level of bench adjustments will help you do bench press, dumbbell press, shoulder press, inclined dumbbell exercises and it goes on. -Great for sit ups, could feel my abs working hard and was comfy doing so.

This isn't quite as sturdy as your typical gym ones but it's a great comprimise for a home gym and I can believe the 600lb weight rating. I would fully recommended the bench and look forward to many years working out on it ☺ -sturdy (I'm 6'4" and weigh 15 stone).

This is perfect for lazy bones and use it for home gyms. It was pretty straightforward to put together - took me about half an hour on my own.

I purposely tested and waited til I posted my review to give an accurate analysis for the home gym user. Absolutely fantastic product. They are moveable, they rotate out of the way when not wanted. Overall, I’m very pleased.
