Before blending, each rum is matured in oak casks in its country of origin to bring out its full character and flavour. OVD (Old Vatted Demerara) Rum is a blend of the finest Demerara Rums made from sugar cane that grows along the banks of the Demerara river. This great value Demerara rum picked up a Gold Medal at the 2012 Rum Masters in the Dark Rum Aged Up to 7 Years category. A great 12 year old Demerara rum from El Dorado. Skipper Demerara Rum is distilled and produced in Guyana and was first released in 1930 and still uses the same label today! There are nine stills at the distillery, and this is based around coffey still rum, and double wooden pot still rum. It arrived in good time and was very well protected. Smooth and bursting with Caramel and Toffee notes with Custard and Spiced Pepper undertones.

My wife said it was made out of brown sugar, I've never had tea or coffee to put sugar in so I'd not a clue what it's supposed to taste like. I'll be having it with vanilla coke next which I'm certain will be ace, check out the pictures innit?
Alcohol and milk? I was bought this as a present for my birthday and 5 stars it gets. I may have put a little too much rum in but I do like a bit of a kick.
The wife said it's supposed to be quite good with milk which isn't my idea of a good idea. It looks like chocolate milk and it's tastes so smooth. Turns out it's awesome.
