Voice recognition is not bad generally - pretty good actually considering the complexity of the English language! I would buy again. Ive got 3 now and I have just joined Prime so I've got any music everywhere. Lovely piece of kit, but recently the last digit has become defective (see picture) Besides that, everything else was is and was spot on, hence the 4 stars rather than a 5 star review.

Two ceiling mounted in my Mancave and stereo paired, I am impressed with the music sound quality improvement on the original Dot they replaced. You would not think this is refurbished It was brilliantly packed, looks brand new. It is also nice to play radio or music selections on.

Not this one but the one before this along as it works I'm not fussed about the age. Brilliant little speaker which I use for alarms,timers,music and the time. I love it so much I have purchased one for my bedroom.

. This is the latest addition to my Echo Dot family and I really like it, it's heavier than previous Echo Dots and the sound quality is better so I'm really pleased with it! I am planning on putting one in our barn soon which is quite some distance from the house, but it will be easy to connect via Wi-Fi. I'm still finding out new things it can do.

Sound quality is brilliant. Alexa does hiccup occasionally with hilarious responses or no response at all so the command has to be repeated, but overall, it is pretty impressive that you can now control so much of what is in your home even from outside of it using the app.

I wish I had brought one sooner! Echo arrived in a brown Amazon box as shown in the photos. They are a great way to get into home automation by slowly adding remote control devices for lighting, power, robot cleaner, TV etc.
