I managed to update it to latest iOS software and have used it now for nearly a month- in perfect working condition. I definitely had a very pleasant experience with Amazon renewed, HIGHLY RECOMMENDED! It arrived well packaged and with a charge cable (the case is mine). I received the iPad air2 in mint condition.

I generally don't share an opinion about buying the product and honestly I was a little suspicious of buying it because of some reviews, however, the purchase WAS ENTIRELY WORTH IT, honestly I'm surprised by the price since the iPad looks new, and although the charger is not the original, it charges without any problem. Great value for money, Screen quality amazing Battery life spot on! This product was well worth the money, my little girl loves it as it was a birthday present for her 7th birthday, 5* Fast service and a great product with extra warranty

Buying it from amazon at least gives you the 1yr protection (which you will hopefully never need). The iPad itself had no scratches and honestly looked good as new. The media could not be loaded.
