2020 - I purchased another for a family member Christmas box . I do like how this 350 page book has been sensibly organised, it’s packed full of useful, practical guidance and information, and features high-quality colour photos throughout to make the process of sowing, planting and harvesting healthy fruit and veg that much easier - especially for novices like myself. Great book. The text is large and clear and the techniques and many of the time-saving tips are covered in an easy-to-understand way.

What a fantastic find. So, you don’t have to scratch your head and panic about what to do next, because as the weeks roll by you can plan ahead with the help of this incredibly useful guide. All you need to know about allotments and how and what to grow each month throughout the year.

In the meantime, I wish you every success and happy times on your own allotment plot…🥔🥬🧅🥦🥕🫛🍅🥒🌶️🍆🍓🫐🍐🍎 😊Anyway, I hope my review has been of help and has inspired you to buy a copy of this DK publication, I think that, like me, you’ll discover that it was a worthwhile investment. I hope they live this find as much as I do 😊

Lols of photos. If your budget only stretches to being able to afford one book to help you out with your first allotment or garden veggie/fruit patch, then this is the one I can totally recommend. A must have for all allotment holders26/11. Bigger than I though it was going to be too!
Of course, the big advantage of this book over the many others out there, is that it’s a ‘month by month’ guide. Easy to follow and very useful
