I use it in yogurt and with the addition of sweetener and gelatin I made it an excellent popsicle/ice cream. It’s not sweet but I’m ok with that, If I feel I need more sweetness I can add a teaspoon of raw honey. I Sprinkle a teaspoon on my coconut yoghurt with some extra raspberries and granola.
