The quiet boil is genuinely great, can have a conversation over it, not disturb someone in the phone or my sleeping kid. So why spend two or three times as much on one that does the same job as another?

Nice kettle very quiet just a shame about the damage to the rim As soon as I removed it from the box I liked the look of it - if that matters - and in use I have found it convenient and slightly quieter than the previous one. The media could not be loaded.

I love my new kettle, it has a easy measuring scale inside and outside. Amazing! The colour appears more like a black rather than blue which works better for me as my appliances are black. This sixty-quid kettle replaces another in our kitchen that cost less than 20 I think.

39 the next day. Wouldn’t have a kettle without that now. If price was irrelevant I would give it 5 stars, but for most people cost does play a part in buying decisions. Today, 3 months later, the price has dropped by one-third and I'm happy to add the missing star.
