Larger massage guns can feel ill-balanced & awkward. I used a friend's (non branded) massage gun before and if you press really hard it stops the whole gun. I have the hypervice, but needed something smaller for travel, was worried this wouldn't be strong enough, although not as strong as the the hypervice this has more than enough power to provide a proper massage. YES

I have contacted Bob & Brad under the warranty, I will update what happens,UPDATE:Fast response from Bob&Brad who offered to send out a replacement, fingers crossed won't have the same issue with the second one The media could not be loaded. I have Plantar Fasciitis, which is extremely painful and very slow to heal.
