Pot is big enough to last me some time and has a safety cap to prevent little people getting their hands on my gummies! Really helped with my inflation mainly, I can feel my thyroid coming back to life, no more shivering. My mood began to improve after about 2 weeks and I feel a little more positive and happier, but not by much though. They didn't improve my mood to begin with, in fact I felt more agitated and narky.

The gummies taste better in my opinion than alternatives, making them genuinely enjoyable when required. I had been suffering with chronic inflammation for around 3 years, possibly due to low testosterone. I had tried everything and this was my last resort. My immune system was attacking my thyroid causing hypothyroidism. I only need one but it does say you can have two a day. I took 2 gummies before I went to bed and when I woke up the next day I sprang out of bed. Little bit expensive but value for money I have cervical radiculopathy and spinal stenosis and in pain 24/7 this jelly works wonderful the only thing is it doesn’t last long thank you
