It looks identical to the proper one with realistic sounds and it does pick up. Unable to secure main hoover attachment. Phoned manufacturer couldn't get any response from after sales.

Our daughter was made up with it and follows us round whenever we're hoovering. Spoke to a man eventually who instructed me to email with details this issue is now being dealt with by a very friendly and helpful young lady. My son loves it, he wanted it so much because he already has Henry and he was very happy thank you very much for the good quality product, I highly recommend it.
