There is not one scrap of filler - this is full to the brim of wisdom and kind advice from a writer who says it perfectly every time. So many useful tips and guidance for all parts of life.

The media could not be loaded. Sorts out everything I need from how to get rid of the stink of cigarette smoke after parties to Roger Moore styled vodka martinis and the cure for the hangover that may follow that.

Every time you read it- you come away learning something you never knew and wish someone had told you. The worst bit? I’d trust Sali Hughes’s opinion on anything that she chose to write about. I loved it.

Reading this feels like having a cup of tea with an old friend, or the person in your life that you go to when you need a bit of encouragement. It motivated me to fix things around the house, grab a tin of WD40, try out the recipes and so much more! The combination of personal and practical set it apart from colder, 'textbook' style offerings.

Sali has written from the heart and it shows. I always look forward to Sali’s books. Plus, because it's Sali Hughes, the writing always flows, it's honest, often funny and touching. I absolutely loved this book.

The book manages to offer solutions without being condescending, give advice without being preachy. Xxx My favourite part is the health and beauty, but learning lots from other sections too.
