I only needed a couple of small carpets cleaning and hire of machines has become so expensive it didn’t seem worthwhile so took the plunge. The media could not be loaded.

I heard a thud, it didn't seem to be sucking. . Really easy to assemble and simple to use, it is loud but compared to a rug doctor I don’t think it’s as loud at that is.

This little machine certainly does the job. now you don’t 😂 This carpet wasn’t that dirty as you can probably see by the water although it had been a bit dirtier on last empty.

It’s simple to clean the brush afterwards, you just remove 5 screws and it pops right out so you can clean the hair it may have pulled up. All the components just click together & are clean once run under the tap.

Having been used to having rinse and tool options this is bare bones, it cleaned and lifted grit/hair; to rinse I used clean water (TIP-save any left over cleaning solution in an old bottle). It is fantastic! Well worth the money and I would thoroughly recommend.
