Good price for whey protein and the flavours are ok but unless you use a mechanical whish or blender it doesn't mix properly so you chew chunks. The bits you can see in the picture is the oat powder and not the shake, bought with the bulk powders shaker too, which i also reccomend especially due to the fact that it has a screw top(like a pop bottle) unlike most shakers.

Effectiveness:I've been using this protein powder for a few weeks, and I've noticed positive results in my muscle recovery and overall energy levels. I’ve been using bulk powders for a while gave Amfit a try last time and bulk powders so much better.
