18 grams in, 42 grams out over 23 secs brewed at 93°C, with a dollop of thick frothed/steamed milk. You simply could not get more 'Costa' than these beans. (For ref. The freshness of Costa Coffee Beans have to be tasted to be believed.

Mind blowingly strong, with the unmissable sweetness that comes with the Costa blend. When ground appropriately and then brewed using an espresso machine the flavour is absolutely representative of the coffee they use in-store. Unmistakably characteristic. purposes an ECM Synchronika espresso machine was used, and the Costa Signature Blend whole beans were ground freshly using a Niche Zero grinder.
