For travelling to far off lands where a USB is a kind of insect. The battery life is just too short,if you shoot a lot you need to bring more batteries. First thing is no end-cap for carrying rather a transparent pouch for the same. But there is no option .

Costed me 6400/- for one small battery which is too much…. If it seems to be lasting well I will purchase another in next few weeks.

I was little scared if the battery could be fake but this is the original battery . Also, my first original Fujifilm battery does not have any noticeable loss of capacity.

£45 for such a small battery makes one doubt the idea of justice in the universe. But u can buy 4-5 aftermarket batteries in the cost of one original battery .

For photos , aftermarket batteries are just ok It charged in 2 to 3 hours but was never tepid to touch either on camera or USB unlike the 2 batteries supplied with charger. See , if you shoot videos , then buy original batteries as video take lots of battery power and battery heats. I note that with both batteries the camera became very hot within a few minutes of use.

In addition, the original batteries are even slightly concave on one side to give an eventual expansion still air. Although now being supplied in foil/plastic bags (see pic) they are genuine fuji, I preferred the nice fuji black boxes. The few saved euros are not worth the risk anymore and I only buy the original battery, even if it seems expensive at first glance - hangs a third-party battery once in the camera after it has bloated, but the price advantage is something of there.

The result after less than a year you can see in the picture: The Blumax battery, which lies on an absolutely planned Fuji battery, is inflated and luckily I did not charge it in the camera. Take your decision accordingly. Local store sell on MRP of 5499/- and seller charged more than MRP which is unethical.
