You do not need to refrigerate after opening. 5. These are more beneficial becasue they resist degradation in the upper G.

There is no taste at all, with the capsule principally made from vegetable cellulose, resisting breakdown before it gets to the right location in the upper intestine. I chose these 'Synbiotic 7 Probiotic (+Prebiotic) | 40 Billion CFU Spanning 7 Scientifically Studied strains | Including Bacillus Subtilis' as I have had some success treating my ibs with other probiotics and these seem to have different strains than I have taken before.

The seller has indicated that “Only vegetal proteins & carbohydrates, yeast extracts, mineral salts and organic acids are used as sources of all necessary nutrients for these to grow”, whilst confirming the total absence of any animal-derived ingredients. They're also partially spore based.
