Great chair! Nice real wood accents.

i've bought leather patches to seal them up. If you don't like the sound of squeaking leather, don't buy this super-comfy well-built LEATHER chair. aside from that, everything else works fine still. The leather squeaks like all leather furniture squeaks.

24 months since purchase: the leather on the seat is deteriorated dramatically, a large patch is breaking off completely revealing the interior foam, and many more seams and cracks have formed. Not sure what the others were complaining about in their reviews as this chair is well worth the $200 range price tag. Office chairs usually last me about 3 to 4 years before I need another one.

13 months since purchase: a small portion of the leather on one of the seams on the seat has started to dry and crack, everything else is still like new. Keep in mind I'm only ~150 lbs, so someone heavier might give the chair more wear and tear. Yes it does stay in the furthest recline position if you lean back, but what office chair doesn’t do this without some kind of other device holding it in whatever degree angle recline you want? upholstery aside, nothing else has had any problems.
I took my Costco office chair back to buy the lazy boy office chair and couldn’t be happier. The only complaint I might have is the seat only reclines back ~20 degrees, i would have liked atleast 60 degrees.
The padding does not feel deflated and flattened, though it is slightly softer. Was super easy to put together. Some people complained that the chair squeaks.
