I am on a 5 day fast and it definitely showed I was in Ketosis. Lost 85lbs so far 💪🏼 I have never used sticks like these before but found it easy to use.

I wasn’t sure if I had entered Ketosis yet but I have used the strips this morning for first time and it went to square 3 then used again this evening and went to square 5. I did a Control test with my boy after meal and found the result accurate.
