The doctor kit toys that accompany this are just solid plastic, including the stethoscope. All-in-all, this is a Cocomelon toy and will bring joy to any Cocomelon fan; if just because the case is the Cocomelon logo. Really adorable My kids use this to “treat” their Cocomelon JJ doll, as well as their other dolls and stuffed animals.
