Easy to fold The cover is nice and soft to work on, the opening and closing is simple enough, although locking the closed legs in place can be tricky - but this means it won't come open in the cupboard which is a nice feature. It is a good proportioned ironing board, but narrower than my old one - similarly my old one had a built in extension for the iron the plug into, this doesn't, but a bit of DIY has moved this across now.
