Ladder arrived packed well,however on opening noticed a scratch like something slipped while being assembled. I was able to re-shape the edge somewhat with pliers (using a soft cloth to prevent scratching the surface. I'm an amputee and although at the time of typing I haven't used them, I do have confidence when I need to, to replace a light bulb etc.

Stools, like many items, have to trade off between weight and strength. Don't toss it around or toss heavy objects at it if you want it to last long.

This falls at the light end of the spectrum - easy to carry and move around. However the individual steps have bowed slightly under the weight of three summers climbing up and down them which is a pretty good review. Bought the ladder at a good price, to replace my old 4 step ladder.
