Cord is too short and can't wash. Pulling 41w should run me 8+ hours. This heated car blanket is perfect! I work outside so since it’s super cold in the morning this warms me up when I need it the most!

If you are looking for a deluxe electric blanket with heat control this one is probably not for you if you were looking for an inexpensive blanket you can keep in your vehicle and use when your legs are cold this is a good choice. Love it!

I can say after using it two nights that it does not use that much power and it did not drain my battery keeping it on all night long however in my camper I do have multiple batteries. The media could not be loaded. It gets cold at the higher elevations of Arizona and New Mexico!
