Recommend for friands but also muffins or quiches. This pan is an investment but worth the money because it will probably last you a lifetime and maybe that of your children! OMG. Very solid and expensive looking pan.

They are heavy trays so if this is an issue I would recommend using the silicone mould versions. The mould cooked my cakes perfectly, and thankfully there were no issues tipping them out or washing up. My friands come out easily every time.
