Great customer service Brabantia! Installing the base was simple but requires a heavy hammer. The media could not be loaded. It’s Nice and compact using small space but holds much more than I imagined.

Edited August 6th, 2023I decided to add another picture to let you know that I did finally remove the clothesline, (its not allowed where I live) so now it look like a "ChimeRack/SuetRack", which is allowed! To place the picket buried in the ground do it with a large hammer and knock on wood.

The dryer opens and collapses easily and and is easy to remove for cutting the grass or storing for the winter. I am 5’ 4” tall and find the height just right - you can of course adjust it lower. :-)On with the story. Not entirely sure how to deal with this since I can’t return the item as it’s unlikely I’ll be able to get the stake back out of the ground!

If you have a ‘normal’ lawn it will be much easier. Annoyed. It "Looks Great", does what we wanted it to, "THANKS for an EXCELLENT Rack! The clothes line slides in and out effortlessly for storing away.
