Covering the chimney in this stuff completely stopped the dripping into the (unused) bedroom fireplace during rain. The instruction says to apply 2-3 lighter coats, 15 mins between, which I did.

Didn't think it was so thick. Excellent service and brilliant quality product, used to do a couple of leaks but then done the whole roof just for looks more than anything else. Leak fixed 5 stars.

Time will tell but visually it sealed the small gaps. Need to buy another two tins as one won't cover the whole shed. It was an experiment but it worked like a charm. Used to seal this and some other areas in the car.

So far so good. Definitely does the job in our little corner ,turned an old play house in to a lovely sitting area. I bought this to stop a leak through a relatively new shed roof, some nails seemed to let the water in. I masked out an area of the tiles and also went a half inch onto the shower tray to form a waterproof barrier.

Buy it and keep dry I've had a minute leak in my workshop for quite some time now and I have tried several solutions bit nothing has worked until I found this. I cleaned the brush with Polycell cleaner. UPDATE after 2 weeks: it solved the problem, the shelf under the leak is dry now

Water leak on fountain bowl used to seal worked well The seal held, but it remained fluid but sticky in the water. Would definitely recommend. It rained again.
