I did feel as if I would die, and no, he wasn’t going to do this to me either! I cannot say how much this book helped me to put his actions into perspective and start to REALLY live my life. I could actually feel the scratchy bark on my forehead . This is a practical guide to surviving the horror of rejection as a parent, and taking the first brave steps of moving on.
