The rich, the strong, the wise, the powerful; many put forward their names in hope of being chosen. Excerpt from the publisher: We have one of those intensely wrought temperance stories for which the author is so distinguished. ISBN - 9780859699747 A5, 28 pages, Black & white printing, Saddle stitched, Softcover, Ed. A strangely lucid abstruse enfilade that seems to take sardonic delight in its own lack of self-assuredness, even impotence, counteracting this latter with a sort of forlorn hope charge into semantic oblivions.
