There is plenty of food for thought in this great book. What an absolutely fabulous vegan cook book! They are fabulous.

I started a recipe for oat cookies then realised they needed to chill for an hour. The best vegan cookbook I have ever read.

e. Finally the baked buffalo cauliflower wings. I have to start by saying, I really like Leon, and when in London look them out.

However, if you are looking for a little more adventure in your plant based cooking then there are heaps of ideas in here. I have also tried the oat cookies. Another summery but hearty dish is the squash, kale and lentil salad which has the best ever sage mayo! The first being the store cupboard staples - you are going to need a whole lotta storage space for all that!

I am gluten free also, and there's nothing more annoying than having to wade through a recipe you like the look of, only to discover that you can't eat it or adapt it. mayo and scones through the use of chemicals, and yet these use natural ingredients, true to Leon's values.

Unless you hire someone to sort it for you whilst you go to work? I am often worried that some of the vegan alternatives are only possible, i.
