I had to come back to this page to find out how to soften them because the instructions aren’t on the bag, but I followed the instructions to a “T” and they turned out perfect! I’m loving it so much! Back to these: AMAZING. they are really good, no weird texture

I rinsed and massaged them under some lukewarm water until they were all separated and then threw them right into my vegan cheese sauce. I was weary of getting this since some people said these noodles were crunchy, but I’m convinced it’s because they didn’t make it right.

The only downside is how expensive they are. 😍

Soak them in hot water, with lime/lemon and salt for 10+ minutes and it is perfect! Super great alternative/addition to zoodles. Was definitely not expecting them to have a crunch! until I found this noodle, It tastes so nice and so soft like normal noodles.
