The creatine itself works, which is why I am a big fan. It's a very fine white powder, almost like flour and is completely tasteless. I'm weight training 3 days per week and already feel the effects, I can lift heavier and push out more reps than before, over time this will benefit me greatly. It does come with a 5g scoop included and bag is easily sealed.

I've been taking for a while now and I'm definitely feeling more physical with this product. Overall great product and great customer service. I'm on the first week on taking creating and I'm going down the loading phase taking between 15g and 20g daily at 5g intervals, I'm doing this over 7 days then after loading period going to 5g daily. Delivered next day with Amazon Prime.

Also very good value for money. 5/5 Great product. Comes with resealable packing and a scoop so very convenient.

This creatine Monohydrate Powder is very fine so easy to mix with shakes etc .
