Sabrina is renowned for her savoury recipes but I’m a big fan of her baking, some of which are now house staples and are requested by visitors. I’ve already made the sensational and quick Halluomi Fatteh and there are several more recipes about to be made. Such a beautiful cook book with well illustrated images and recipes that I can’t wait to recreate myself.

A friend had this book and we prepared around 6 dishes in one night - I thought it was ambitious but the recipes are quick and easy to follow not to mention really tasty. I have now bought this book and am deciding whether to keep or give away as a xmas pressie! Beautifully compiled book full of tempting recipes.

Bought this after seeing author on Sunday brunch. Completely compliments the other books in the series, the flavours are enormous and with guidance easy to present your masterpiece. Have made the sweet potato and feta tart (super easy) and the sweet potato and halloumi röstis which were slightly trickier but turned out great.

A Sabrina’s classic (I have all of her books) and she really knows how to tempt us with dishes that are full of flavour, look pretty and are sure to impress everyone around the table. Just as good and just as user friendly, the writing style makes you feel like you are in the kitchen and these recipes were created just for you.
