I have gone thru several expensive custom made soft mouth guards as well as 2 hard mouth guards. This has helped her significantly with her teach grinding. I'm missing a tooth on lower so it's a little skewed to one side on me down there, which is fine.

I had some jaw and ear pain for a few weeks and after wearing them every night for a few nights, the pain went away. I grind my teeth a lot in my sleep but when I wear the mouth guards it makes my mouth feel weird in the morning and they’re uncomfortable.

It’s so small that you can talk with it in and the person you’re talking to might not even notice that you’re wearing it. I can’t wear on bottom teeth or the guard falls off. Takes some getting use to but great product at a great price

So I got one that you mold to your mouth after boiling and it was ok but totally not sexy. Still have the first one and it shows no sign of wear. Still glad I found these. I love them and highly recommend themI have used this product for about 4-5 weeks.

When my dentist said I needed a mouth guard for sleeping, I kept thinking of that scene in the movie Date Night with Tina Fey and Steve Carrell and how she pulls the mouth guard out of her mouth and it’s a major turn-off. Plus I can talk with these in and they aren’t bulky so if I need to wear them at some point in the day I feel good enough to be able to These are light weight and reusable. I have autoimmune issues so my gums are horrid.
