Bought this and am very pleased with it, its very quiet and boils very quickly. One thing I like is the kettle has metal holes for the water to come out of, this means the water pours out at a slower steady rate so no overflowing for people with slower reflexes and makes it safer than our old kettle that had an open spout hole where the hot water could splash out at a fast uncontrolled rate.

Was unsure this product, mainly due to the amount of others available. Perhaps needed more than the three recommended boilings before use as still a nasty taste to my drink for a few mugs. Working well but not nice smell each time when it is on.
