About this deal
The secret is to break the cycle
I have a love hate relationship with Fungus Gnats. This set of discrete plastic free traps can be positioned in plant pots to catch and kill the flying bugs. What DID finally work for me, was the combo of Mozzie Bits and Sticky Traps. Most helped reduce but not eradicate. And because they love carbon dioxide, the only thing more appealing to them than the moist soil of my plants, was the CO2 in my breath, so you always know when you have Fungus Gnats. Hang around the garden where needed, for fungus gnats its best to hang them below the plant but above the pots/system (possibly hang off lower branches) to trap the Fungus Gnats as they emerge from the growing media. If you get on top of them while the infestation is small, the good news is they are more annoying than harmful and should leave your plant's roots alone. Nothing scientific here. Fungus Gnats land on the surface of your plant's soil to lay eggs.
Why do yellow sticky traps get rid of Fungus Gnats?

Does its job,but doesn’t seem to have its own scent, need to leave next to baits. Strongly recommend to everyone. Still misses a lot, but once they are caught, they are stuck These yellow sticky pads worked an absolute charm and within 2 weeks all the flies are seemingly gone or dead on the sticky pads.

I cleaned, disinfected, used raid, used Zevo, white vinegar, apple cider vinegar, dawn, mixed chemicals and nothing worked! Already caught gnats by the evening after putting these in midday. These sticky catchers end the frustration without chemicals to harm animals, humans or the plants. I have a plant that I had transplanted to save to grow outside this year.
