Initially I was only interested in its etching capabilities - I have been doing slate drawings for years using hand tools but have always been curious how I would feel about a battery operated tool. I requested this Dremel lite from Amazon, because A couple of years ago I purchased the Dremel 3000 with a few accessories. The Dremel is great, the price was good and it arrived fairly quickly. The battery lasts approximately 45 minutes to One hour and takes about three hours to charge.

I'll also be using the polishing attachment for some of my brass . 6 V lithium battery was a must have to test and review. I like to craft and it's going to be amazing using it for glass etching and wood carvings . You get a green led light when it's charging and the light goes red when it needs a charge .

It's extremely simple to change out the attachments , you just twist the cap anti clockwise to undo add the attachment and twist clockwise to fasten . There is only one criticism from me about this product and that is it doesn’t come with a bag to place it in with the accessories you get for when this product is not in use.

There is a slide power button which has four settings, each Choice of power setting goes from setting one 8000 rpm to setting four of 25,000 rpm depending on which job you wish to tackle. It can fit into small gaps, where maybe something needs a little sanding to fit properly, or if you're doing small metalry and some nuts/bolts need to be polished for rust-removal. This Dremel light cordless rotary tool is brilliant . The USB charging port is in the base of the Dremel and there is a rubber hinge sleeve covering the charging point.

I was amazed by the versatility of the Dremel, so this Dremel lite 7760 being cordless with its 3. Come on Amazon, you can do better than this 🙄. I do find it to be quite pricey though, even by "power tools" standards, but I'm not someone who is all too familiar with tool prices and such, so that's just my opinion and I could be very wrong here.

This is a very versatile and easy-to-use device that comes with quite a few accessories for polishing, grinding, sanding and etc. Its easy to use and is purely an extension to my hand, the precision is excellent. Had a go at polishing metal - worked really well. 34 I don't know why I didn't get one before !

Charges well via USB, light and comfortable to use all round excellent product. I was nervous at first worried about pressure and etching too deeply but the Dremel is so comfortable to use I found I adjusted very quickly. I believe it’s more focused towards the hobbies and craft market, but don’t be fooled this surprises me every time with its versatility around the home.
