I got this for rupees 3799. For warranty i registered on seagate website, It's parent company. Without that, you would have to copy everything every time which woudl be terribly slow and inefficient. The case is here: Black Case Logic QHDC-101 Hard Drive Case

So, if your computer is running out of hard drive space, just keep one of these plugged in. The case contains a mesh pocket for storing the cable in which is an essential feature (see photo 8).

They are also less than half the size and weight – I will show you a photo of my old Maxtor drive side-by-side with this new one in a moment. I keep it in a Case Logic case. The relevance is that I trust the Maxtor brand so I expect that this new one will be as reliable.
