I’ve tried foot spas and foot massages but neither have fully improved the burning ache. My feet feel like I’ve walked from Texas to Canada daily. I suffer with painful feet and as soon as I put these on my feet felt like new! The ice packs all say reusable cold/hot pack.

Having a painful foot problem, these work perfectly as they administer cold onto both sides of my foot. Along with many other treatments such as stretching, compression socks, night splints, Turmeric , resting and elevating my feet, and new shoe insoles (nothing over $50) I’m two days into taking my life back. It leads to so many other things. After working in Law Enforcement for years wearing boots and constantly standing on my feet I’m 42 walking around like I’m 92.

Unfortunately I have plantar fasciitis 😭😫😩 and lately it’s become unbearable. I can't recommend these enough it's like putting your agonizing feet into a cool squishy cloud of niceness, the relief!

I haven’t had to use these twice in one day so maybe I’m not that bad off. I am a size 6 and the small to medium fits just right. Is that even possible? I stated using these towards the end of my 2nd trimester and now at the beginning of my 3rd trimester because my feet and ankles are swelling up more quickly now.
