It is simple, functional, bright and touch. It has the important functions like waveform and focus peaking and the quality is good at this price point. Great little monitor that is very light, perfect for my mountain shoots where weight matters. The latter is very responsive and there is everything you need (3D LUT, focus peaking, audio meters, but above all ZEBRA, RGB WAVEFORM and LUMA WAVEFORM, which is by no means by all monitor manufacturers to include a this low price).

The included cables are of a decent length although ideally a shorter one (20cm) for the ZV-E10 with a lefthand mini HDMI would be ideal to keep the cable management down to a minimum instead of having to coil them up. I certainly would recommend this monitor to anyone on a budget and doesn’t mind some of its short comings. I decided to buy this monitor, because I already bought another monitor from the same house, but a bigger one.

In terms of the whole package, you can’t get a better deal. It will also arrive in a hard plastic case and padded with foam inside, for safe and easy transport. Really very happy and great seller. The PT6 is mounted on the Sony ZV-E10 and is a perfect cheap alternative to the more superior Atosmos Ninja V+, the screen is good but due to the low nit value of 400 you will struggle to see the image in a bright environment without a decent screen canopy with the included one isn’t has its just a piece of plastic that doesn’t stop light bleeding 100%.

What I really wanted is the Atomos Ninja V+ but Amazon doesn’t have it has a buy now pay over 5 months with them so I have settled for the far inferior PortKeys PT6 until such time I can afford to get the Atomos outright or if Amazon offer it has a pay over 5 months option.
