Good Too bad the entire cover is dented.

I have uploaded a picture that depicts a miso-caramel chicken dish, I created with the directions of this book. I have already made the salt-cured egg yolks, the pistachio vodka, the fig vinegar and the incredible cocoa chili flank steak salad. If intersted in mixing ingredients and creating new surprising flavors, this is your book. There are some very good recipes included but the really interesting part is the science and the flavor profiles/matches.
