I can fit two of these bottle in my running belt with no bouncing and no leaking adding another 40 minutes of running. So far the lighter weight has been a good trade off for the refill issues.

The one downside is it's a little harder for me to fill these small soft flasks at water stations and I need to fill them more often due to the smaller size. I use this water bottle for runs lasting up to one hour. HydraPak sells their own brand of soft flasks on Amazon.

One final note, these bottles are made for Salomon by HydraPak. They save me from having to wear my hydration vest during these hot and humid days. Eight ounces isn't a lot of water and I try to drink 4 ounces every 20 minutes when it's hot and humid.
