I loved Rob's writing style and he certainly has a knack for telling a good story. ) this book. Why should I apologise for being addicted? Every sentence stayed in me and made me giggle and laugh with myself all day.

Fighting a demon (either depression or anxiety - I'm lucky enough to possess the second,) is part of our life for many of us, where everyone's got a lot to carry, I'm afraid. . As a fellow anxiety sufferer, much of this sounds horribly familiar.

Or another 5. Arriving to the miserably decadent moment of self-realisation when 'we both know you've developped a certain addiction', but you can't help being less apologetic than expected and fight the urge of being terribly sorry about it.

A great delivery in comforting/familiar voice. Or have I gone too far? I really really enjoyed it and i hope he writes another one. Made me feel 'normal' and is the only thing ive ever read about anxiety that wasn't depressing and too serious to enjoy.
