Completely repels liquid. Like most, I agree that if an accident happens, this does protect your seat. So suggest you keep a towel on hand to absorb it up before you try to remove it. Does get warm very easily so you might have sweaty bottom if you don't have an accident to clean up.

Easy to install and soft to the touch. It is made of very soft material and went on easily. Overall it seems like a good cover. The top fabric they sit on is velvet and the bottom is water proof.

It fits well around the buckle part. Mesh bag included for washing. But other than that I’m excited to not have to take the whole cover on and off. However, it's almost like a flexible bowl holding that accident in place.

Would definitely recommend. After experiencing my first blowout in a car seat with my daughter and having the wrestle off the entire cover of the car seat i immediately ordered this cover. Don't think you would want to transport a dirty one around in mesh as would of course, drip any pee out. You can kind of see in my picture that the cover kind of has to fold over to accommodate the straps on either side.

Drawback is liquid pools, so definitely need paper towels or a towel to absorb excess before cleaning, but oh my goodness this is so much better than the inconvenience of liquid going through the whole car seat and onto the vehicles seats. Exactly what we needed. Perfect.

I took off a star because there’s no good spot for the shoulder straps to come through.
