If you are planning on reading this book, get yourself a note pad or sticky tabs because there are a lot of helpful tips and things to learn. I read this book as part of a book club which made for some interesting discussions.

Some of the information included could have been left out as it did at times feel repetitive. I did feel the book was longer than it needed to be. She discusses the need for women to be able to enjoy sex just as much as men and offers some very helpful tips.

The Big O prepares you with whatever you feel you're missing utilizing her life's lessons, credible sources, expert advice, pictures, and relationship dilemmas from other people like your friends that give a wide range of examples you might really relate to - its a genuinely informative, intriguing, and a fun ride throughout the whole book and I cant recommend it enough, even guys can benefit from knowing some of this stuff!
