I guess there is a trade off between being lightweight and strong enough to cut branches but it could be a little thicker so that it doesn't wobble as much. It seems a little on the pricey side but, as you can see from my photo it really does the job. Having said that it really does the job. The saw then came into it's own right, it's super sharp for something so lightweight.
I had so many overhanging branches but I was able to cut most of them just using the pruner, quite thick branches even. I am looking forward to cutting even more branches down so that the my garden has as few leaves as possible falling on it. It's best to manoeuvre it so that you saw up and down in a straight line rather than at an angle.
